おそらくイエール時代にカイユボットの使った色
この春から夏にかけてフランス・イエールで開催されていた展覧会に
カイユボットが使用していた絵の具と混色の説明があったそうです。
はっきりどの時期の作品だとかもよくわからないですが
イエールの展覧会に出ていたということは割と若い時の色になるのかな？
たまには違う色を使うこともあるかもしれませんが、
これだけをみてみるとこの当時すでに発売されていた「■緑」や「■紫」の絵の具は使わずに
混色して描いていた様ですね。興味深い！
それに茶色の種類は豊富ですね。

ちなみに、カイユボットはデュビュというパリ、マルシュブ大通り60番地にあった画材屋を利用したことは判明しています。
この作品で使われた絵の具もデュビュで購入したのかしら？

鮮やかな青葉 → ■プルシアンブルー ■オークル

木々に陽のあたった部分 → ■ナポリイエロー
木々の影になった部分 → ■プルシアンブラウン ■黄色 ■青色
明るい木々 → ■青色 ■鮮やかな黄色 ■時々白
空の素描 →
■プルシアンブルー ■白 ■■灰色になるようにウルトラマリンで加筆した黒青。
■■もし黒青を緑にみせる時は、バーミリオンか漆色で点描。
木が描かれていない場合は■プルシアンブルー ■白
紫がかった灰色 → ■ホワイトウルトラマリン ■■■茶黄土または黄色または深紅
木の素描や芝などのオレンジ色 → ■黄色 ■■シエナ色を伴ったルショフェルージュ
地面の前景 → ■シエナ色
葉っぱ、赤い色調、芝 → ■薄シエナ色
地面の影 → ■ブラックアイボリー ■焦シエナ色
木々の影 → ■ブラックアイボリー ■シエナ色
緑がかった赤茶色 : ■黄色 ■青色 ■紅漆
紫がかった赤茶色 : ■青色 ■赤 ■黄色少し
オレンジ味をおびた赤茶色 : ■赤 ? ■黄色 ■青色少し
木々の奥の方 → ■コバルト ■漆茜色 ■白
赤色の影 → ■バーントシエナ
晴天、穏やかな海、遠くの空 → ■ウルトラマリン ■白
大地、木々、芝の素描
→ 明るい部分 : ■黄土色 ■白
→ 濃い部分 : ■クレイ

今後カイユボットの使用した絵の具について研究したい人が現れたとき
その足がかりになるかもしれないし、原文も書いておきますねヾ(*ゝω・*)ﾉ
Parties lumineuses des terrains → Ocre jaune clair
Verts vifs → bleu de Prusse et ocres
Verts clairs → Outremer et ocres
Vert dans l’ombre → Jaune ou terre de sienne et noirs bleus
Parties lumineuses des arbres → Jaune de Naples (indispensable)
Ombres du vert → Brun de Prusse , jaune , bleu
Lumi?res du vert → Bleu et jaune tr?s brillants avec un peu de blanc quelquefois
Ciel ?bauch? → Bleu de Prusse, blanc et noir bleu?tre de mani?re ? avoir teinte grise qui devient tr?s belle en retouchant avec outremer
Si le noir m?lang? au bleu devient vert ajouter pointe de vermillon ou laque
Ebranch? en ciel avec bleu de Prusse et blanc
Gris viol?tre → Outremer blanc et ocre rouge ou jaune ou laque cramoisie
Couleur orang?e → Pour ?baucher les arbres, le gazon, etc.. : se fait avec jaune et rouge r?chauff? avec terre de sienne
Premiers plans du terrain → Terre de sienne
Feuillages, tons roux, gazons → glacis de terre de sienne
Terrain dans les ombres → Noir d’ivoire – terre de sienne brul?e
Ombre des arbres → Noir d’ivoire et terre de sienne
Brun rouge verd?tre : jaune ? bleu ? laque rouge
Brun rouge viol?tre : bleu ? rouge et un peu de jaune
Brun rouge orang? : rouge ? jaune et un peu de bleu
Fonds vert des arbres → Quelquefois on les retouche avec cobalt m?lang? de laque de garance et de blanc
Ombre du rouge → Terre de sienne calcin?e
Ciel limpide, eaux calmes, ciel lointain → Pr?parer avec outremer puis sans noir
Ebauche de terrain, arbres et gazon
→ Partie claire : ocre jaune et blanc
→ Partie de vigueur : ocre de ru
R?chauff? d’?bauche → Terre de sienne
